Dive into the school holidays and learn to swim, correct an inefficient stroke or have an introduction to ocean swimming whilst on school holidays.
Ideal for parents while the kids are off school and children who want to learn to ocean or pool swim. Receive 1x 30 min 1:1 lesson per day over a 5 day period and fast track your learning. Get fit and gain confidence in the water ready for summertime. Where: Local ocean pool or Shelly Beach for ocean swimming option

Learn to Swim 5 day program is aimed at beginners who are looking to build confidence and technique in the pool. The program focuses on correct breathing techniques, key swim drills to improve swim technique and safety strategies. Designed to develop confidence so that you can swim freestyle laps in a 50m pool competently. |
Stroke Correction 5 day program is aimed at swimmers who are looking to correct an efficient stroke and increase speed and build distance in the pool. The program focuses on controlled breathing techniques, improved stroke technique, key swim drills to improve stroke count and body position. 1:1 sessions over consecutive days helps with rapid learning. |
Intro to Ocean Swimming 5 day program is aimed at beginners who are looking to build confidence and technique in the ocean. The program focuses on breathing, calmness, how to swim out and back through the waves, read the conditions and rip awareness. Gain open water confidence so that you can swim competently and safely in the ocean. |

* 5 sessions to be run over consecutive days, make up sessions available upon request if consecutive days do not suit but must be completed between 8th - 14th July 2019. Full payment required upon starting the program. Rescheduled dates and pool location due to cleaning and water conditions at discretion of GoodSwim. Discounted lesson rate available for future 1:1 lessons. |
